Eyre Group became involved with the scheme at RIBA stage 3 and developed the design and costing in line with the concept, using pricing from first principles and a sole sourced supply chain procurement method to maintain the confidentiality. This highly serviced facility provides varied state of the art research facilities for a diverse group of users.

Working closely with the main contractor and design team, Eyre Group were able to deliver this project to meet the challenging deadline.

As well as the usual building services associated with such a facility we also designed and installed a complete steam sterilisation system and close controlled temperature and humidity environment.
