DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton

The DoubleTree Hotel is situated in the heart of historic Cambridge along the banks of the river Cam.

This challenging project involved the construction of an extension housing 16 new luxury en-suite bedrooms, and a roof top plantroom to serve their requirements.

In addition to the above,  a number of services had to be connected to existing systems which required minimal disruption to the existing hotel, which remained operational for the entire duration of the project.

Despite the challenges the project was successfully completed on time and to the client’s exacting standards.
