Located in the heart of Norwich City adjacent to Norwich City Football club and overlooking the river Yare, the Carrow Quarters development under phase 1 & 2 consists of 2nr seven storey blocks with a Ground floor Energy Centre providing services to the whole development.

With a total of 149nr apartments providing a mix of 1 & 2 bedrooms, phase 1 has 60nr apartments with phase 2 providing 89nr apartments.

Phase 1 & 3 of this development have been delivered under the JCT Design and Build form of contract with delivery supported by a mix of our Supply Chain and directly employed labour.
The development includes a full range of MEP services within the installation including within the Energy Centre a new CHP with a 71kw electrical generation and 109kw Thermal output capability.
