County Hall

The Project comprised of a substantial overhaul of this iconic Norwich landmark.

The scheme involved the refurbishment of the main tower, the south wing, the reception and the lower ground floors. There were also substantial works completed in the plantrooms and at roof level. The building was occupied through the contract, presenting significant challenges to the installation team. One innovation employed to mitigate disruption was the use of Hilti Support System which reduced noise and the need for repetitive work.

The project included all of the usual Mechanical and Electrical Services with particular attention to Daylight Scanning Lighting Control, a Fire Suppression Mist System and installation of the increasingly popular Car Charging Stations.
